Why don't I see the prolog in my topic?

You can set the styling to show the prolog from the dropdown menu.

Description

You can change the appearance of the Main Editing area to better suit your preferences. If you are a user who has the group Advanced Users assigned, you should see the prolog by default, but it will be collapsed. You can select to hide the prolog from the Choose style menu in the Oxygen toolbar. If you are a user without the group Advanced Users assigned, you will not see the prolog by default, as it is hidden. You can select to show the prolog from the Choose style menu.

Solution

  1. Click .
  2. Click Choose style.
  3. Choose one of the following actions:
    • For an advanced user, under Main style select IXIASOFT CCMS Advanced. Ensure Hide prolog is not selected.
    • For a review user, under Main style select IXIASOFT CCMS. Make sure Show prolog is selected. This should be the only option listed and should be selected by default.
