Can I use multiple browsers with IXIA CCMS Web?

IXIA CCMS Web signs out users who signed in to an initial browser session and then attempted to sign in and work in a different browser.

Description

If a user has a document open for editing and then opens a new browser window and logs in to the IXIA CCMS Web, the initial browser session is no longer valid. For example, the user is editing a topic in Chrome and then opens a map in Edge. The first session in Chrome is no longer valid.

Solution

Instead of opening links in new browser windows, or using multiple browsers, use multiple tabs within the same browser session.
