How do I get a log file for debugging the MadCap IXIA CCMS?

You can start IXIA CCMS Desktop in debugging mode so you can obtain the log files.

Description

An issue is occurring in the MadCap IXIA CCMS and I want to review the log files to diagnose the problem.

Solution

  1. Close IXIA CCMS Desktop.
  2. In your workspace, create a blank text file debug.txt.
  3. Launch IXIA CCMS Desktop. A new log file called DITA_CMS.log will be created in your workspace folder.
