Support during an upgrade of a Content Store
The MadCap Software documentation does not cover all possible deployment scenarios. In specific cases, you must contact IXIA CCMS Customer Support to assist with the upgrade of IXIA CCMS.
You need additional support upgrading the docbase if:
- You want to migrate to DITA 1.3.
- You have customized the ixiaditabase.dtd file rather than using your own shell DTD.
