Edit a topic and resolve annotations

Once all reviewers are finished with their comments, you can open the topic for edits.

You can change the status of a Collaborative Review (CR) topic to In Discussion to stop reviewers from adding new annotations if you are ready to resolve the existing ones. If you resolve the annotations, you can select a Done status.

Note: IXIA CCMS Web automatically sets the map from which the CR derives as the context map. This replaces any context map already set for the topic.

To edit a topic and resolve annotations:

Access the Review side panel.
Beside the topic title, click .
The topic opens in a separate tab. If you already had the topic locked, you can start editing immediately.
(Optional) Choose one of the following actions:
- Return the edited topic for further input. See Send a Collaborative Review back to reviewers.
- Change the status of an annotation. See Change the status of an annotation.
- Mark the topic as finished. See Mark a review as finished.

The topic is edited and annotations resolved or sent back.
