Obtain a license and download credentials

IXIA CCMS Web requires a specific license and specific credentials before you download the installation package.

If you have an existing deployment, the CCMS WebCCMS Web component requires you to change your MadCap Software license model.

1. Contact IXIA CCMS Sales (sales@ixiasoft.com) to obtain your license for CCMS Web.
2. Ensure you have a username and password to log into the MadCap Software downloads site for CCMS Web.
