Why is the option to allow users to change status grayed out?

An access right needs to be configured correctly.

In the Move dialog box, the option Allow users to change status is selected but grayed out.

Solution

In the TEXTML Administration perspective, perform the following:
  1. Edit the /system/conf/accessrights.xml file.
  2. Verify that the Change Status method uses specific roles instead of the group Everyone.
