Map sub-trees
Sub-trees display the hierarchy of topics in a map.
A sub-tree is a grouping of topics displayed in the DITA Map view. A sub-tree is usually comprised of a parent topic and one or more child topics, and may also contain subordinate child sub-trees within its structure. In fact, the DITA map file is the parent tree of all the sub-trees within the document project.
Sub-trees can be expanded and collapsed, just like the map itself. You can also move sub-trees around as a unit, and promote or demote them within the hierarchy.
