Add specializations

You can easily integrate specializations that you create or obtain into IXIASOFT CCMS.

There are many specializations available that you might want to integrate. You can also create your own specializations to define new topic types, domains, or attributes. Once you have obtained or created these specializations, you must integrate them into CCMS, which involves editing the topic and map shell DTDs and editing certain system configuration files.

Important: Make configuration changes in a test environment and confirm they work before copying them to a production environment. For dedicated SaaS deployments, test the changes and then ask IXIASOFT Customer Support to copy the changes to your production environment.
