Configuring the Activity Notifications

To configure the IXIASOFT CCMS Activity Report:

  1. Enable the job in the triggers.xml file.
  2. Configure the job in the schedule.xml file.
  3. (Optional) Customize the Change_status_ticket.xsl template.
