Indexdefinition.xml changes for 6.5

The following is a summary of all the changes to the indexdefinition.xml file.

Note: These are automatically done by the Web Installer, which is an installation script. The changes are listed here for reference only.

Changes	Description
A new field "primaryversiondocumentidentifier" has been added to the "ixiasoftccmssummary".	The field is required to support the concept of "archived" branches in the Fork & Edit action. Archived branches are branches that have existed, but are no longer available in IXIASOFT CCMS. Note: This change only applies to DRM.
