  This document explains how to upgrade an existing deployment of IXIASOFT CCMS from version 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, or 6.4 to version 6.5.

  - Changing status names for Collaborative Reviews
    In IXIASOFT CCMS 6.3, new status names are used in Collaborative Reviews. You must add them manually to use the new names.

    Once you have renamed the statuses, you can manually move all the existing Collaborative Reviews with the old status names to the new statuses. You can then delete the old status names.
