Single-site deployments

A single-site deployment is the simplest deployment scenario.

In this scenario, all the IXIASOFT CCMS server components are installed on a single local server. It holds all DITA and non-DITA content and configuration settings within its docbase.

Users access the system in one of two ways:

  • Lite users access CCMS Web in a web browser.
  • All other users work in CCMS Desktop installed on their workstations.
