Why am I unable to connect to the landing page?
You tried to connect to the IXIASOFT CCMS landing page in a web browser, but you received an error.
Description
You want to work in IXIASOFT CCMS Web and tried navigating to the landing page (for example, https://customer-ccms.ixiasoft.net/), but you received this error message:
This site can't be reached -ccms.ixiasoft.net took too long to respond ERR_TIMED_OUT
This can happen for one of the these reasons:
- The IP allowlist, which IXIASOFT sometimes uses, has incorrect IP ranges.
- Your company's network does not allow connections to IXIASOFT CCMS.
Solution
- Check with your company's IT if your network allows you to connect to the IXIASOFT CCMS.
- To check if IXIASOFT needs to
adjust the IP allowlist:
- Find your IP address.
You can go to this site: https://www.whatismyip.com/#ip-address-information
- Take a screenshot of the IPV4 and IPV6 addresses.
- Send it to IXIASOFT Customer Support.
- Find your IP address.
