Inform users how to start IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop for the first time

After deploying IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop, you need to tell end users how to start it for the first time. They must select IXIASOFT CCMS in the Eclipse interface and wait for a restart. This is a one-time-only task.

1. Click either of the following:
   • The desktop icon.
   • Start > IxiaSoft CCMS.
   Important: Never try to use the eclipse.exe file to start CCMS Desktop.
2. In the Welcome View, click Overview.
3. Click IXIASOFT CCMS.
4. Replace username with your domain user name
   If your environment requires it, you should add a domain before the user name, such as ixiasoft.local\username.
5. Enter your password.
6. Click Apply and wait while the application opens.
7. When prompted, click OK and wait for CCMS Desktop to restart.
