Reinstall IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler as a new instance

If the entire IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler needs to be reinstalled, you can use your backup files to facilitate the process.

If you have stored a copy of the installation package (.zip file) of the version you had installed with your backup, you can use it to reinstall the component. If you do not have a copy of the original installation package, then you can download a new version of CCMS Scheduler from the web site. Once you have the installation package, you can use your backup files as you follow the installation and configuration instructions.

To reinstall:

1. Use either the downloaded installation package or the .zip file from your backup and extract the files in the %SchedulerDir% folder.
2. Install and configure CCMS Scheduler as described in Installing IXIASOFT CCMS Scheduler by using your backup files as a guide. Either replace and edit the files as needed or compare the files to your backup files.
3. Start the service.
