When you need support upgrading a Content Store
The IXIASOFT documentation does not cover all possible deployment scenarios. In specific cases, you must contact IXIASOFT Customer Support to assist with the upgrade of IXIASOFT CCMS.
You need additional support upgrading the docbase if:
- You want to migrate to DITA 1.3.
- You have customized the ixiaditabase.dtd file rather than using your own shell DTD.
