Upgrading CCMS Desktop

With this upgrade, a new version of the base Eclipse packages is available to fix issues relating to the startup of the CCMS desktop. Additionally a new set of dropins are also available.

Important: The following two procedures (Upgrading the base Eclipse packages and Upgrading the IXIASOFT plugins), need to be repeated for each Eclipse instance that you have in your deployment.
