Upgrades that may require further support

The upgrade and install guide(s) cover the most common scenarios for upgrading. There are additional scenarios that are not covered within IXIASOFT documentation.

You may need additional support or information to upgrade if any of the following apply:

  • Your existing DITA CMS version is lower than 4.2.33.
  • You want to migrate to DITA 1.3.
  • You have customized the IxiaDitabase.dtd file rather than using your own shell DTD.
  • You have Oxygen plugins for IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop
  • You have custom code, including custom triggers, Eclipse plugins (with the exception of any perspective plugins you may have), or any JAR files in the system/ext folder of the Repository.
