Why is the Admin menu missing from the TEXTML Administration view?

It's possible the Administration plugin is not installed.

Description

The menu entry "IXIASOFT CCMS Admin" is no longer displayed when right-clicking the Content Store in the TEXTML Administration perspective. The plug-in was either not installed or is corrupted.

Solution

Check if the IXIASOFT CCMS Administration plug-in is installed Client. If it is installed, uninstall it and then reinstall it. If it is not installed, install it using a dropin.
