Search for an object

You can use the search feature to find existing topics, maps, and images in IXIASOFT CCMS Web.

Unlike the My Assignments page, where you can only see what is assigned to you, you can use the search to find objects that are not assigned to you.

To search for objects:

  1. In the Navigation area, click Search icon.

    The Search page appears.

  2. In the Search field, enter keywords or an ID.
    You can also use operators in the Search field. For more information on them, see Operators and wildcards for search.
  3. (Optional): Click on and select any filters you want to apply.

    You can refine your search using the following filters:

    • Document type
    • Locked By
    • Status
  4. Click Search.

    The search results appear below. More results load on the page as you scroll down.

  5. (Optional): To sort the search results, from the Sort by drop-down list, select what you want to sort by.
