Connect to CCMS Web in a dedicated SaaS deployment without SSO

Connecting to IXIASOFT CCMS Web involves pointing a web browser to a specific URL and logging in using the credentials specific to IXIASOFT CCMS .

1. If you have never logged in to any component of IXIASOFT CCMS before, change your temporary password in remote desktop.
   1. In a web browser, go to the IXIASOFT CCMS landing page for your installation.
      For example, enter https://company-ccms.ixiasoft.net/ where company is the name of your organization.
      
   2. Click Change password.
   3. Enter your domain\username where domain either uses the format company-ccms or is a domain specified by your company.
   4. Enter your current password, which is specific to IXIASOFT CCMS.
   5. Enter your new password twice.
   6. Click Sign in.
2. Log in to CCMS Web using either of the following methods:
   • From the IXIASOFT CCMS landing page, click IXIASOFT CCMS Web and log in.
   • Go the URL for CCMS Web, which is https//:company-ccms.ixiasoft.net/ixiasoft-ccms where company is the name of your organization, and log in.
   Use the password specific to IXIASOFT CCMS.
