Searching for images to add to a topic

Images that have already been uploaded to IXIASOFT CCMS Web can be searched for and inserted within topics.

The image insertion function within topics enables you to search for existing images within IXIASOFT CCMS Web.

Note: This function only applies to images that you have already uploaded to IXIASOFT CCMS Web.
  1. Within the editor, click the image (Image insertion icon) icon. The Insert image dialog appears.
  2. In the Display Name field, enter the name of the image to search for.
  3. From the Type field, choose the image type (All, Screen Capture, Line Art or Equation) that you are looking for.
  4. Click Search. From the images that appear, choose the image you want, then click Insert.
The image is inserted into the topic.
