Uploading an image

Add images to IXIASOFT CCMS Web by either searching and uploading an image file from your computer, or drag and drop and image onto the Upload Image area.

If an image does not already exist for use within IXIASOFT CCMS Web a new image can be uploaded.

  1. Within the editor, click the image (Image insertion icon) icon. The Insert image dialog appears.
  2. Select a method to upload an image.
    • Click Upload Image, then select an image from your computer.
    • Drag and drop an image onto the Upload Image area.
    A dialog appears containing the uploaded image.
  3. In the Image title field, add information that provides context for the image.
  4. From the Type dropdown menu, select the correct image type.
  5. Add a summary of the image in the Description field.
  6. Click Insert.
The image is inserted into the topic.
