You can customize oXygen XML Web Author Component
to suit the needs of your team.
To support the oXygen XML Web Author Component in
the Editing page in IXIASOFT CCMS Web, IXIASOFT created a framework based on the oXygen XML Web Author framework and customized it to simplify working in the
topic. The IXIASOFT framework is installed with IXIASOFT CCMS Web.
Important: Making changes directly to the IXIASOFT framework and integrating plugins for oXygen XML Web Author is not supported. The IXIASOFT framework may be overwritten during updates and upgrades.
The IXIASOFT framework differs from the
oXygen XML Web Author framework as follows:

After you installed IXIASOFT CCMS Web, you
prepared and uploaded a framework extension containing your DTDs; for example, the
DITA-[company] folder where [company] is the name
of your company. If you want to include more customizations, you can add them to your
framework extension and then upload the new framework extension to IXIASOFT CCMS Web.
