Creating templates

You can create templates for maps, topics, resources, build manifests, etc.

Templates are stored in the Content Store in the /system/templates/ collection. You can add templates to the following directories in this collection:
  • bmanifests: Build manifest templates, with the file extension .bmanifest.
  • maps: Map templates, with the file extension .ditamap.
  • projects: Project templates, with the file extension .xml.
  • topics: Topic templates, with the file extension .xml.

The other templates are used by the CCMS and should not be modified.
