Work on an assigned Collaborative Review
When you are assigned to a CR, your responsibilities include reviewing the topics that indicate the require review and adding annotations as appropriate to indicate changes, corrections, or additions to the information.
You generally find the CRs that you need to work on in your Assignments list. If you open a CR that you are not assigned to, a warning message appears below the Breadcrumb path.
If you find that you cannot add annotations to a CR, it might be due to the CR's status;
it might be at in discussion
, which indicates that you can only comment
on existing annotations, or at done
, which indicates that you cannot
add new annotations or comment on existing ones.
Topics that already have annotations are indicated by an orange dot in the CR's TOC.
Topics that require review are in black in the CR's TOC and also have a white background in the main body of the CR. Topics that do not require review are gray in the CR's TOC and have a gray background in the main body of the CR.
Within a CR, you can add a new annotation, add a comment to an existing annotation (yours or another user's) and open a topic to review the actual content. CRs themselves are static HTML representations of a map or Language Manifest so you cannot edit content within the CR.
