You can delete users in IXIA CCMS Web.
Before you begin
Before deleting a user, remove all assignments for the user, and break any locks the
user has on any CCMS objects..
About this task
For convenience, CCMS Web offers direct access to the
users.xml configuration file to add, edit, and delete
users.
Procedure

From the Administration menu, click .

Click Edit.
A message appears saying "users.xml has been checked
out."

Locate the user you want to delete.

Select the entire block of XML, beginning with
<user
and
ending with </user>
.

Delete the block.
-
Click Save.
A message appears saying: "users.xml has been saved and
checked in."

In a dedicated SaaS deployment, contact IXIA CCMS Customer Support to remove the
user from remote desktop.
If your deployment uses SSO and the user did not access CCMS Desktop, you can skip this step.

Inform users of the changes and ask them to close and reopen their CCMS Desktop to apply the changes. Additionally, have an
administrator refresh IXIA CCMS Web so that users see the
change reflected there.
