To use a new plugin for Oxygen Web Author in IXIA CCMS Web,
you must first upload it to CCMS Web.
Before you begin
You must have access to the Apache Tomcat server, which might
require direct access if it is not exposed externally. Therefore, if you are a
CCMS administrator, you might require assistance from IT
staff.
Note: In a dedicated SaaS deployment, submit a support ticket to
request that IXIA CCMS Customer Support perform this task for you.
MadCap Software can only guarantee the compatibility of the
plugins listed in Oxygen Web Author plugins in CCMS Web with CCMS Web. Please contact IXIA CCMS Customer Support about other plugins
that you are interested in installing.
