Defaults for new images

The order in which image formats are defined in your configuration determines

• which format CCMS Web selects as the initial default
• what format CCMS Web adds each image file to when you are creating a new image object

For example, say your configuration defines three formats: LowRes, HiRes, and Source, in that order. When you create a new image object and add three image files to it, the first file that CCMS Web imports is designated LowRes; the second HiRes, and the third Source. In addition, the LowRes format is designated as the default format.

The order in which CCMS Web imports the files is somewhat arbitrary. It has nothing to do with the order in which you select them.
