How can I resolve the "An error has occurred" erorr when launching IXIA CCMS Desktop?
You can remove a workspace file to clear the error.
Description
When launching CCMS Desktop, a An error has occurred. See the log file <workspace path>/.log message appears.
Solution
- Close CCMS Desktop.
- In your workspace folder, delete the .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.e4.workbench\workbench.xmi file. For example, C:\ixiasoft-ccms\workspaces\jdoe\iccms60drm\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.e4.workbench\workbench.xmi.
