Can I use multiple browsers with IXIA CCMS Web?

IXIA CCMS Web signs out users who sign in to an initial browser session and then attempted to sign in and work in a different browser.

Description

If you sign in to IXIA CCMS Web and open a document for edits in one browser, but then open a new browser window and sign in to IXIA CCMS Web, your initial browser session is no longer valid. For example, you have a topic open for edit in the Chrome browser, but then you open a map or topic in the Edge browser, your Chrome session is no longer valid and IXIA CCMS Web signs you out of that session.

Solution

Instead of opening links in new browser windows or using multiple browsers, use multiple tabs within the same browser session.
