Why did I not receive my assignment email?

In IXIA CCMS Web the notification emails exclude the user who changes the object status.

Description

IXIA CCMS Webexcludes you as the user who changes the document status from any email notification, since you are the acting party, but still sends email notifications to users you assign to an object.

If you perform the same action in IXIA CCMS Desktop, you do receive an email notification.
