Add an annotation

With the Collaborative Review (CR) feature, assigned users can add an annotation to provide feedback about the content or highlight sentences that require an update or deletion.

About this task

To add an annotation:

Procedure

Select text in the topic that requires feedback.
A dialog with a text box appears.
Enter you comments.
Click Save.

Results

The text with the annotation is highlighted in the topic, and a new annotation with your comments is in the Annotations side panel.
