Configure column display in any DITA view

You can specify the columns you want to see in each view and then place them in the order that you prefer.

About this task

Use this procedure on any view that includes columns of data. To select and arrange the columns you want to display:

Procedure

  1. Right-click any column header.
    The column selection menu appears:

  2. Select the columns to display and clear those you don't want to see.
    The selected columns appear in the view.
  3. Drag the columns into your preferred viewing order.
