Why can't I bulk select topics?

Description

Sometimes the browser cache needs to be cleared to allow bulk select.

Solution

To allow bulk selection in your current browser, take the following actions:

1. As a test, try bulk selecting topics in a different browser.
2. If the bulk select works in a different browser, then clear your preferred browser's cache.
