[IN PROGRESS] How can I use content from legacy branching with Unified Localization?
Description
In CCMS Desktop, content to be branched using legacy branching must be in the Published cycle. When a map is branched, a new instance of it is created in the Authoring cycle. However, all the map's references remain in the Published cycle until they are individually branched.
Unified Localization uses only content in the Authoring cycle (or previously translated equivalents of that content in either the Localization or Translation cycles). Therefore, while it can access the map that has been branched, it cannot access any of the map's children that remain in Published.
