Cancel an Approval

You can cancel an Approval before the approvers provide feedback in case you created it in error or the map was not ready to be approved yet.

About this task

To cancel an Approval:

1. Right-click the Approval you want to cancel.
2. Select Approval > Cancel Approval.

Results

The Approval is canceled, and all the assigned approvers receive an email notification about the cancellation.
