If you need to add several objects to the same worklist, you can
simultaneously add them all.
Since you have access to a list of objects shared by a group of users
in a given worklist, you can be as active on that worklist as you find helpful. When
you need to add multiple objects to track group assignments, you should use a bulk
action.
To add multiple objects to a worklist:
-
For the objects that you want to add to a worklist, click the
checkbox beside each title.
The
Bulk Actions basket appears as a ribbon that dynamically
tallies the total number of objects you select.
Note: You can
have different types of objects in the Bulk Actions basket at the same time.
-
From the Action dropdown list on the ribbon, select
Add to Worklists.
The ribbon updates to indicate how many objects you can add.

worklists.

green.Note: You can click New Action to perform another action on the same set of
