Notify users about access

When IXIA CCMS Web is completely installed, you can give users the URL to access it.

This is the final step in the installation process, barring any required troubleshooting.

To notify users about access:

Identify users groups or specific users that are the target for your notification.
Provide your web users with the following URL:
```
http://[host_name]:TOMCAT_HTTP_PORT/
```
where [hostname] is the machine where the IXIA CCMS Web Server is installed and TOMCAT_HTTP_PORT is the port you specified when installing CCMS Web Server
For example:
```
http://localhost:8080/
```
