Unable to connect to the landing page

When you tried to connect to the IXIA CCMS landing page, you received an error like this: This site can't be reached. -ccms.ixiasoft.net took too long to respond. ERR_TIMED_OUT.

Time out errors can happen for several reasons:

  • The IP allowlist, which MadCap Software sometimes uses, has incorrect IP ranges.
  • Your company's network does not allow connections to IXIA CCMS.

To troubleshoot the problem:

  1. Check with your company's IT if your network allows you to connect to IXIA CCMS.
  2. To check if MadCap Software needs to adjust the IP allowlist:
    1. Find your IP address.
      You can go to this site: https://www.whatismyip.com/#ip-address-information
    2. Take a screenshot of the IPV4 and IPV6 addresses.
    3. Send it to IXIA CCMS Customer Support.
