Modify an assignment for multiple objects

You can simultaneously assign multiple objects to a group of users.

Changing the assignment of multiple objects simultaneously requires the use of a bulk action.

To modify an assignment for multiple objects:

  1. For the objects that you want to assign, click the checkbox beside its title.
The Bulk Actions basket appears as a ribbon that dynamically tallies the total number of objects you select.
Note: You can have different types of objects in the Bulk Actions basket at the same time.
  2. From the Action drop-down list, select Assign to.

The ribbon updates to show you how many of the objects can be assigned for this role.
