My Assignments page content and layout

The My Assignments page contains a list of all active objects assigned to you.

An assignment is an object, such as a topic or Collaborative Review, assigned to you. The My Assignments page shows objects in progress and their related due dates.

Note: To update the information displayed within the My Assignments page, click the Refresh button on your browser.

When the object is in the correct status for a specific role, the assignment is active. For example, if you are assigned the role of contributor for a topic, the assignment is active when the topic has a Contribute status, or its equivalent status in your specific deployment.

You can customize the dynamic grid to view the information that is most important to you. The Actions column provides you all viable actions for that assignment, such as move or edit actions.

Note: If another user assigns you an object with a context map, or if you assign the object to another user with a context map, that map appears in the Context Map column of the grid.
