Insert a conref

In IXIA CCMS Web, you can reuse elements by inserting them as a conref into a topic.

To add a conref, you must check out the topic and select a context map for the topic.

Also, the element you want to reuse as a conref must already be in a topic with the referable-content type and have an ID attribute.

To insert a conref:

In Topic-Editor, select the location in the topic where you want to add the conref.
Do one of the following:
- Right-click and select Inhalt wiederverwenden.
- On the toolbar, click .
Das Dialogfeld Inhalt wiederverwenden wird angezeigt und enthält die Ergebnisse der letzten Suche nach Topics mit Elementen, die Sie als conrefs einfügen können. Mit der Suchen können Sie die Ergebnisse verfeinern.

In IXIA Dynamic Release Management sind diese auf Topics in derselben Verzweigung begrenzt, in der sich auch die Kontextmap Ihres Topics und die zugewiesenen Verzweigungen der Bibliothek befinden.
Click the title of a topic to expand it and see the reusable elements in it.

All reusable elements are displayed. Elements that are shaded gray cannot be inserted as a conref in the location that you selected.

You can click the content snippet for the element to see a preview of it in its original context.
To select and insert the element, do one of the following:
- While in the preview of the element, click Einfügen.
- To insert the element without previewing it, click the radio button for it and then click Einfügen.

The element is inserted at the location you selected as a conref. Its background is shaded differently.
