Reporting IXIA CCMS Web installation errors

When you report errors that you cannot resolve with the documentation during installation of IXIA CCMS Web, contact IXIA CCMS Customer Support and the following information in the OTRS ticket:

  • Version number of the CCMS Web installation package
  • Name and version of the operating system on which the components are installed
  • A copy of the properties.txt file
  • A copy of all the files in the logs folder, including the installation.log file, which are located where you extracted the installation package
  • The Tomcat log file, which is located in:
    • Windows: c:\Ixiasoft\ccms\apache-tomcat-9.0.31
    • Linux: /opt/ixiasoft/ccms/apache-tomcat-9.0.31
