User interface item configuration

Each item in the interface has an ID. To simplify the interface, you add the IDs of the items to remove in the eclipseui.xml configuration file.

To obtain the list of IDs, use the trace log provided by MadCap Software. The following sections describe the eclipseui.xml and trace log files in detail.
