You can unlock a topic that is locked by a writer in IXIA CCMS Web using the TEXTML Administration perspective in IXIA CCMS Desktop.

A writer has a topic locked in IXIA CCMS Web and is out of the office. We need another writer to edit the content.

Solution

The IXIA CCMS Web workspaces are stored in TEXTML under the path Repository/users/<username>@<company>/working. You can break the lock using the TEXTML Administration perspective.
