Check who finished an assignment

You can check which users have marked themselves as finished with an assignment.

You can check an assignment anywhere that you see it, such as the My Assignments page, Favorites side panel, or Dependencies view.

To see who is finished:

  1. Find the assignment that you want to check.
  2. For the assignment, click Information icon.
    Depending on where you see the assignment, Information icon is in one of the following places:
    ScenarioDescription
    Pages with a Dynamic Grid Information icon is in the Assignees column.
    Other views and pages Click the object icon or row for the assignment to show the information for the assignment.

    Information icon is below the title of the assignment.

A pop-up appears showing you the names of the users assigned. Users with a check mark (Finished check mark) beside their name have marked themselves as finished.
