Generating output

All of the content that you create can be exported from IXIASOFT CCMS Web to the target document deliverables using the IXIASOFT CCMS Output Generator. The CCMS Output Generator is the component that executes the transformation processes from DITA files to a specified output type, such as PDF, HTML, and XML.

If you have the access rights to generate output, you can use the CCMS Output Generator to generate an output from objects such as maps, topics, Collaborative Reviews, or Approvals. If you have the access rights for different output types, you could also generate different outputs from the same object.

The files created by CCMS Output Generator are temporarily stored online for download or directly published, depending on your deployment. If the files are stored online, you can download them from your My Outputs page.
