Reconnect to RDP server in a dedicated SaaS deployment
Reconnecting to IXIASOFT CCMS Desktop in a dedicated SaaS deployment involves double-clicking a remote desktop connection on your local machine and then opening CCMS Desktop.
Note: If you have issues reconnecting to the RDP server, try re-downloading the RDP
file.
Although you do not need to download the RDP file each time you want to connect, it is good practice to re-download the RDP file regularly to have the latest configuration changes. If there are any changes to the RDP configuration, they are only applied if you re-download the RDP file.
